Next HOA Meeting: 10/12/2006
Our next meeting:

Time: 7:30 PM
Place: Marriott Hotel (meeting room, refreshments and parking courtesy of the Marriott Hotel)
It is importantthat you attend our October 12, 2006 meeting - THE TOPICS AFFECT THE FUTURE OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. The meeting will be at 7:30 PM in the Marriott Hotel. As usual, the Marriott will graciously provide a room and refreshments.
We will have two presenters:
1) The new owners of the K Mart property will be asking us for OUR IDEAS about how best to use this large property. THEY WILL SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS ABOUT WHAT MIGHT BE BUILT ON THE PROPERTY. At this time they have architect’s sketches illustrating possible uses of this property. There are no designs. This will be our first opportunity to influence the future of a large part of our neighborhood! The new owners wanted us to be the first citizen group to have this opportunity because we are such close neighbors. This is OUR chance to contribute!
2) Representatives of the League of California Cities and the City of San Mateo will tell us of their concerns about Proposition 90. For more information, Click here for an article on SfGate.com and click here for data from smartvoter.org.
