Sidewalksare for People
Someof our 19th Ave. Park neighbors seem to have forgotten thatsidewalks are for people, not for oversized shrubs, low tree limbs, garbagecans, and parked cars. We have many neighbors who walk, use wheelchairs, orhave kids with riding toys. It is unsafe for them to use the street ratherthan the sidewalk. Courtesy, consideration for others and City Codes requirethat we keep the sidewalks in front of our houses clear of obstructions and ingood condition. Keep your sidewalk clear and level; your neighbors willappreciate your courtesy and you will avoid possible citations and fines.

Hi 19th Avenue Park Home OwnersAssociation Team,
I have been looking into the asbestosfloor tile/glue issue with the Eichlers. I saw that an asbestos analysis costs$65 at an accredited lab. Do you know if samples have ever been sent foranalysis on the 19th Avenue Park floor tiles and glue?
Do you think that it would bebeneficial to all our neighbors to advise them of the asbestos possibility inour floors? I don't recall this issue ever being discussed?
As our homes are getting older andbeing remodeled, this could be a health risk to homeowners.
Thank you,
Joanie A. Nack
